Start your evening with a visit to a local wet market to see, smell, hear at chaotic atmostphere with a tons of items vegetables, fish, meats, seafood and many more.

You can also see local street vendors, street stalls and mini shops.  Begin the evening with a quick local beer in an outdoor cafe amongst the locals and soak in the atmosphere, sights and sounds of downtown Hanoi. Bia Hoi draught is a favourite with residents, so kick back and relax with a cold one!

Now it’s time for the fun to start. Your guide will lead you through winding alleys, detailing the foods on display in these sometime impromptu stalls. Pause at will to sample what you wish, including delicious noodle dishes, rice and meat.
