Hai Hau Eco Tour 2 days from Hanoi

Day 1 : Hanoi – Nam Dinh – Pham Phao Church – Thinh Long beach (Lunch, Dinner) 

Our guide and driver greet you at the hotel lobby for 2.5 hours drive to Nam Dinh city. Your first stop is Tran Temple  You will stop by the Shore Lake Park and take a few pictures, viewing the statue of General Tran Hung Dao and the stunning Tran Temple. Then, a treat lies in store for you as we head to the Old Quarter, with its charming streets. This area is the best place to soak up the atmosphere as you take in the pretty old buildings. Have lunch in Nam Dinh city in a local restaurant.

Still there are more sights to take in – the Vi Khe bonsai village and its stunning bonsais grown into beautiful shapes

We take a tour of the impressive Pham Phao Church so we can see its wooden carvings and stunning interior. Pass by the House Bridge on the way and learn a bit about the local tradition of ancestor worship. Then take an hour drive to a guest house in Thinh Long beach. Check in the guest house, take a rest.

After that, take a bike ride around 40 minutes along the dyke with senic beauty

If you area luncky, you can watch sunset at a ruined church and go swimming at the beach. You can take a bike ride back to a guest house with the same distance .

Day 2 : Thinh Long –back to Hanoi

Our last sunrise in this wonderful place is spent watching the fishermen bringing back their catch from the night before. We stop off at the seafood market to bring back some fish and produce for a delicious breakfast. After filling up on the fabulous fresh food we take a stroll around a local vegetable patch and have a go helping out the farmer with their daily chores. To finish off our journey we have a cooking lesson with a local chef and then eat the delicious results! We then have to check out of our homestay for the journey back to Hanoi.
